# Step-by-step Directions:
01 - In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
02 - Heat 1 teaspoon butter or oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add thawed hash browns and cook until golden and crispy, approximately 3 to 4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
03 - Using the same skillet, pour in the egg mixture and cook over medium heat, gently stirring until eggs are just set. Remove from heat.
